Reservation policy

Deposits and cancellations:

- When confirming your dive package reservation, a deposit will be required via PayPal;
- The balance will be paid upon your arrival in Playa del Carmen. You can pay cash in USD, Euros and Mexican Pesos;
- If cancellation occurs more than 5 days before your scheduled arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded;
- If cancellation occurs within 4 days of your arrival, no refund will be issued.

Weather:

Since nature is beyond our control, the local harbor authorities may occasionally close the port for navigation on one or more days of your stay for safety reasons.
When the port is officially closed, we are unable to take boats out for dives.
Although this happens infrequently, it can occur. In such cases, dives will need to be rescheduled for another day, or we can arrange alternative cenote dives.
If it is not possible to make up the missed dive during your stay, we will refund the amount paid.
